When I first went to her office, I was seeking her legal advice on the Appeal filed by my ex-spouse. It took a while to put this ordeal behind me and I owe it all to her. Meeting after meeting, which ran its course roughly one year, she conducted yourself with professionalism and complete dedication each and every time. If at any time, I expressed a concern, she put those concerns to rest. I know that she couldn’t guarantee a win-win scenario but to my relief, she did just that. I would highly recommend her to anyone that I know may be going through a similar situation. I understand that there is no certainty when it comes to cases, because it could go either way. However, if anyone is looking for an honest, extremely dedicated, and professional attorney, I would ask them to call her and look no further.

When all looked bad and the odds seemed to be against us due to unsubstantiated allegations Dorothy Easley came to the rescue. Her relentless work habits coupled with her very intelligent intuition made it possible to succeeed and bring the truth out in our defense. She is a dedicated attorney who takes her work very seriously and works round the clock whenever necessary in order to represent her clients succesfully. Every case is impotant to Dorothy Easley. She took our case after thorough review and laid out a plan that left no stone unturned. We were kept abreast of her strategy and work at all times. Anytime we needed to discuss anything with her she quickly responded with professionalism and true effort. There is no smarter attiorney in my view. Dorothy Easley is a highly competent, ethical and trustworthy Attorney who goes above and beyond to serve the needs of her clients. Ms. Easley has a unique ability to find effective solutions to problems. In seeking legal advice recently I phoned Ms. Easley on a Sunday and she quickly returned my call within the hour. Dorothy Easley is currently representing me in my appeal. Despite the extensive record (19+ volumes) and the fact that she only became involved in my case at the appellate level, Dorothy has taken the time to learn my case inside and out. As a result, she has been able to identify the right things to appeal and argue them with the conviction that comes from understanding and caring about my case and me. Despite the twists and turns of this appeal, Dorothy has remained focused and helped me remain calm. I know she genuinely cares about my case and the impact it has had on my life. Dorothy has kept me informed every step of the way. The appeals process is very different from trial court; and, I have been thankful that she knows how to navigate the rules and regulations that go with taking a case to appeal. Even when my case was remanded down to the lower court for a brief period of time, Dorothy continued to monitor the case and made herself available for consultation with my trial attorneys. Taking a case to appeal is an expensive, but sometimes necessary, step to achieving equity in the court system. I can honestly say, that Dorothy is worth her weight in gold. Over the years I have dealt with many attorneys and I have to say that Dorothy Easley far exceeded every other attorney I have ever worked with. Dorothy studied the case in detail before quoting any costs. Dorothy was always prompt to respond and always kept an eye on the court docket avoiding surprises. Dorothy is a stickler for details and on many occasions put the case in front of her personal life showing an exemplary work ethic. Dorothy knows the court system and how it works which she uses to the clients advantage. After working with Dorothy I can honestly say that she is the best lawyer I have ever worked with (and she won the case). Dorothy kept her word and did exactly what she said she would. She always explained all facets of the case in a way a non-legal person could understand. In this case her initial cost estimate was 40% to 65% lower than the 3 other attorneys I contacted.
