Trial
level outcomes are important. Our Appellate Specialists are trained to

conduct thorough research of the legal issues early on to guide trial
counsel in how and what evidence to adduce and early education on the
most effective prosecution or defense of your case, long before a motion
for summary judgment is filed.
Trial level outcomes are often not the end of the litigation, however. If there is an appeal, you still need to keep that win. When an important lower court ruling is challenged, parties to the litigation need appellate specialists.
