First I would like to say that if all Lawyers were like Mr. Merlin, the appeals court would not have any mistakes to fix. I came to Mr. Merlin with what I thought was the most complicated issue in Florida. As I explained to him what my issues were, he listened to every word I said and assured me that it was going to be OK. Before I left his office he said "We have to get you back on top" Mr. Merlin, I am back on top and thanks to you, my future is bright. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. You have a friend for life.

Robert Merlin is a wonderful attorney and represented me in a modification of my divorce decree as well as a very difficult child support case which went to the court of appeals and we prevailed. He is very ethical and I feel has the clients best interest in mind at all times.

Bob has the utmost ethical and moral background in dealing with his clients of almost any attorney I have dealt with. He does not distinguish between male and female litigants and strives to produce an equitable outcome, as he did in my case. I have spoken with him in the past as he spoke only generally about the nuances of family law, and recommended a client to utilize his services in preparing a prenuptial agreement.
