After our client was arrested on the charge, she managed to convince the State Attorney's Office not to prosecute this individual, and he was immediately released from custody. This outstanding result was utilized to convince the Florida Department of Children and Families to drop it's "abuse and neglect" charges filed against our client, and that same Court to order immediate visitation between our client and his daughter.
