Robert was born in the Republic of Panama in 1984, where his father was a Panama Canal Pilot. Robert’s family moved to Cape Coral, Florida when he was thirteen years old. After graduating from High School, Robert attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida.
At the University of Central Florida, Robert was actively involved on campus, serving as Elections Commissioner of the Student Government Association. Further, he served as External Vice President and President of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. In this capacity, he managed the organization helping it attain international recognition for its recruitment and philanthropic efforts.
Robert Graduated in the top 4% of his class, magna cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law. At Florida Coastal, he worked as a Teaching Assistant for four classes and as a Research Assistant for three professors. Further, Robert completed a semester long externship with the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard, of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Robert received the book award for the top grade in Constitutional Law II, and was honored as Editor of the Year of the Florida Coastal Law Review.
Robert’s interests include sports, literature, movies, traveling, and politics. Finally, Robert serves as a mentor with the Big Brothers Big Sisters Organization of Northeast Florida.
