    Hired attorney

Dealing with Tammy was a very good experience. I had been in the U.S. for a great deal of time unlawfully, while my asylum application was pending. My wife obtained her residence through employment and I had to leave the country to get my immigrant visa. Tammy explained to me exactly what would happen and that I would be delayed at the consulate at least 6 months. When the Consulate wasn't responsive, she didn't give up. She stayed on top of my case and I never felt stranded though I was alone, without my wife, in a country far away. I did get my visa and returned to the U.S. thanks to Tammy. Dealing with her restored my confidence in the legal profession. She is honest and tells you the way it really is, even if you don't like it, you can't fault her for that. It is refreshing.

I am studied avionics engineer and am deeply passionate for the field. Upon graduating university, I feared that I would not be able to pursue my dream of working in the United States. Thanks to Tammy I can. Tammy helped fulfill my dreams and I am so thankful to her for this. Tammy is caring, sweet, and gave me great career advice-she is so much more than just an attorney,

Thank you so much Tammy for listening to a middle-aged man who was destroyed and suicidal sixteen years ago, Thank you Tammy for helping my kids attain the status of political asylees in this great nation. Thank you for being so kind and so good at saving our lives from certain destruction. Now we are all happy and productive. . .and raising six gorgeous little ones, our third generation of proud American Citizens, thanks to you.

I went to see this lawyer because I was interested in opening a branch of my Brazilian company. I didn't expect the thorough review of my business and the considerations that would go into operating a business in the U.S. that I got. Watching Tammy was almost other worldly. As she talked to me, she was answering questions from assistants, glancing at emails, and responding to my questions, at the same time as she was typing a list of documents I would need. I wondered what the list would look like, since she was in 5 places at the same time- and to my surprise, she didn't miss a beat. I feel that I got the most thorough review of my situation. She wasn't just interested in my getting the right visa, but that I could keep the visa, and that my business would be a success. I don't think I have ever met a more thorough person. I highly recommend her.

I tried to do my immigration process myself and it backfired. The immigration officer thought my marriage to my husband was fraudulent and made negative statements regarding my sexual proclivity. The officer interviewed us separately and after hours came up with slight differences on 10 questions. My husband and I received a letter stating that our petition was going to be denied. We went to Tammy. Tammy looked at our answers and the questions and sat down with us and we explained why we answered differently. All of our discrepancies were easily dealt with by her and after her detailed response, my residence was approved. She worked fast and was awesome

I really appreciate Tammy's services. I used her services in obtaining an investment visa. She was awesome, responsive, and professional. The consulate even complimented me on the preparation of my E package.

I was in removal proceedings and scared out of my mind. When I met Tammy, she told me what I needed to provide to her, and took over my case (including my worries). Responsive is an understatement. She answered all my questions (by email), in real time, including on weekends. She saved my life, was honest and responsive, and really knows her stuff. I can't recommend her enough.

She is the best attorney I have ever worked with. There was no b.s. She didn't try to "steal" my money-she told me the way it is and that was the way it was. She was honest almost to a fault. She charges extra for personal apperances (by the hour), and tells you what to expect in terms of personal appearances (how many will be required). She explained that there are a number of immigration offices all around Miami and that if a non-court personal appearance is scheduled, she or one of her partners or associates would handle it, depending on who was assigned to cover whatever office that day. She even took the time to explain that the only reason that someone would not be with me is if they had a car accident on the way to the interview. Ironically, she told me that had just happened with one of her clients. Whenever I had a question, she got back to me almost instantly. Yes, often in all caps, but I was grateful for the rapid response. I would highly recommend her. I knew that I was in good hands throughout my process.

Tammy handled my Adjustment of status thru marriage.
    The whole experience 0 to 10 = 5.5 . (May be lower)

    Reasons:
    1. Not the friendliest . If you look for warmth this is not your lawyer .She could care less about what you think .
    2. Hard to get in touch . Lucky to get her on the phone and not the assistant .Prepare to receive one sentences emails reply(all in caps) from her also.
3.Deceiving.At the first interview..She would tell you that would go with you to the USCIS interview (to get your business) when in reality one of her "replacement" lawyers would go instead (You will find this a few days before your interview with immigration.)
    4. Lucky if that "replacement" lawyer would show up to your interview ....Mine didnt. We paid her 350 dollars in advance and her lawyer was nowhere to be found at interview time . We went in USCIS by ourselves. (Then We have to call her office and email a few times to "remind them" to get this money back).
    5. Expensive .Be ready to show some green.

We were approved without her lawyer anyways , but i would not hire this attorney if i would have a second chance.
Do research ....lots of research before hiring this lawyer. There are tons of other attorneys that would do the same for half the price.
