Mr. Rossoletti practices bankruptcy, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, corporate/partnership disputes and personal injury matters in the state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. He serves as the Vice President and Director of the Puerto Rican Bar Association of Florida, Inc. for the 3rd District Court of Appeals serving Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. He also previously served as the Secretary of the Association.
Mr. Rossoletti is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received his Bachelors in Telecommunication in 2004. At the University of Florida, Mr. Rossoletti was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Mr. Rossoletti attended the University of Miami School of Law in New Jersey and obtained Juris Doctor in 2007.
Mr. Rossoletti has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2008. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court of Puerto Rico. Mr. Rossoletti has litigated many cases in both the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
