It's easy to see how this Harvard law school graduate is one of the best in Miami. While fortunately I had never personally been involved in a Criminal lawsuit, this one involved the wrongful imprisonment of my daughter for failing a drug test while on probation. The test was faulty,( due to eating a poppy seed bagel) and the government would not co operate with us to resolve the situation even though the test was well below the government standard for a positive. Their main goal was to put my daughter back in jail. Mr. Fridman sued the government on our behalf, and easily defeated the Bureau of Prisons in Federal Court. He was very reassuring to us during the proceedings, kept us well informed, and his courtroom manner was exemplary. I have had two cases heard by the US Supreme Court and have obviously dealt with some of the top firms and legal talent in the country, such as DLA Piper, and several others. I am honored to know Mr. Fridman and I will continue to use him to pursue the government to recover costs. He is a true professional in every way and I highly recommend him.

Daniel Fridman is the best attorney, hands down. In the short time he was working for me, he amazed me. He is committed, determine, and very passionate about his work. It was easy for me to see that he was not driven by money, he was driven by the compassion that he had for my case. He won a lawsuit for me, and saved my life! I would recommend him (and have) to anyone who is looking for an attorney. Dan Fridman is an wonderful person and an amazing attorney.
