I've known Chris for a long time as a friend and as opposing counsel. He's ethical, knows what he's doing, usually knows the judges, and gets the job done. I recommend Chris without hesitation.

As the third attorney to enter our divorce case, he turned out to be by far the best. He proved to be the most ethical and thorough as well as cost efficient lawyer we ever used. He was able to bring the case to an end that was agreeable to both sides by actually solving the problems instead of drawing out expensive litigation; however, he will fight for his clients' rights if necessary as he is an excellent tough litigator who really has his client's best interests at heart.

I had Mr. Pracitto represent me in my divorce. He was great. Before I even hired him, he spoke with me on the phone for almost an hour. He gave me his cellphone number to call him whenever I had a question. Best part, he offered a flat rate to pay instead of paying by the hour, so I could call him whenever I wanted.. He told me everything that was going to happen before we went to court. Everyone in the court house seems to know him, including the judge. My ex wife wanted to take my children to California. He fought for me and my children. At the end, she couldn't take my kids, I see them more than before and I pay less child support than she was asking for. I was so happy I hugged him in court. The entire divorce was over in a few months.

Chris represented me in a case recently and got a quick resolution, the case against me dismissed. He is extremely professional and informative and his manner is sympathetic and friendly. I had never been in a situation like this before and he explained everything to me clearly and his skills meant I did not have to attend court, he was very thorough about explaining the process.

Represented me in a DV case in Miami. Had the charges dismissed at first hearing and I didn’t have to appear in court. Additionally he seemed to be known by some court personnel and they had positive feedback regarding his reputation. Of course I was innocent, but it was reassuring to have an attorney of his caliber to ensure things were handled properly.

Best lawyer I ever had! Mr. Pracitto repesented me on a Domestic Violence Case and my Divorce after. He got the criminal case dismissed. I never went to court, ever. After that, he worked to finish my divorce very quickly. I have used 2 other lawyers in the past. I was always able to reach Mr. Pracitto on his cellphone, even on the weekend. I never had that with other lawyers. I get to see my kids when I wanted and he was able to reduce the child support. He did everything he said he would and gave me a good price on both cases. I tell all my friends to use him.

I hired Mr. Chris for a divorce, criminal domestic violence case and injunction. He represented me on everything. He got the criminal case and the injunction dismissed. I only had to go to court 1 time. He gave me his personal cellphone number so I could keep in contact with him and to keep me informed. He has been doing this law for 17 years. He knew everything the judge was going to say before it happened. Everyone in the courthouse knew him. He gave me a lower price for all 3 cases.

I was arrested for domestic violence. I called his office and spoke with him directly. He gave me his personal cellphone number so I could call him at any time and I did. Not every lawyer is going to do that. I met him at his office and he knew everything about my case. He even had my police report. When we went to court, everyone knew him and he got the case dismissed in less than 45 days. Then he cleaned my record. I have never seen a lawyer do everything he said he would and I only went to court one time. He is great and I recommend him to anyone.

I was a first time offender and wrongfully accused. I had witnesses and physical evidence that proved my innocence. I hired this lawyer after receiving his letter by mail. I hired him primarily because of the consultation, seemingly a caring attorney and because he was the most affordable. The case lasted over a year and eventually was dropped by the state. Most of the time he wanted me to take the anger management classes and have the case over with but I felt that my innocence and life-long good citizenship deserved more than a plead deal. Afterwards, I made the mistake to pay him for an expungement that has taken more than a year to process when it should had not taken more than 60 days. He is never available to take calls and he has no legal secretary. His office is a rental space service in Brickell. Though I had the support of family and friends to push me to justice, I feel that if Christopher Pracitto had had his way, I would had paid for something I did not do. He only added to my frustration than to make justice be fair. We live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty, but many times, he reminded me that many many people are in jail based on principle and not justice. I do not recommend him. In addition, he is not organized and was always late to court.
