About Me
I am one of a very small group of attorneys in the U.S. who is truly knowledgable about foreclosure defense, bankruptcy and mortgage-related litigation in civil and bankruptcy court. Because of this, I am called upon to help to train other attorneys and law professors, and was recently privileged to be invited to Washington, DC to testify before the U.S. Congress Judiciary Committee subcommittee regarding the foreclosure situation. There are many attorneys currently holding themselves out as foreclosure defense attorneys, but sadly, few of them really know what to do.
