Mission Statement

I am proud of my profession, but I believe we must make fundamental changes in the way we serve our clients.  Abraham Lincoln admonished young lawyers to “discourage litigation” whenever possible.  All lawyers should heed these words.  I also believe we have a duty to speak and write in plain English.  Too often, lawyers write legal documents that are confusing to the average person.   These principals are summarized in the following personal commitment I make to each client:

■          Reach settlement or trial as quickly as possible.

■          Speak and write in plain English.

■          Provide high quality legal service at a fair price.

Appointment.  Mr. Rarick’s office is located in Miami Lakes at 6500 Cowpen Rd., Suite 204.  You may schedule an appointment by contacting his office at (305) 556-5209.
