I had to remove her as my lawyer because I felt she did not understand how to provide legal assistance to me as a military veteran. I was given advice to hire outside witnesses who proved not to be beneficial and actually provided better information for my ex-spouses lawyer during testimony. I spent close to $1500 having them testify and provide written documents. I would not recommend her to active duty or retired military members due to some misunderstanding of relief acts and laws surrounding our vets.
Attorney Weaver provided the best advice and assistance in my case. She was very experienced in handling situations like mine. Attorney Weaver provided me with the best legal advice and direction even if it did not make sense to me at the time. Everything worked out to my benefit. Valerie was always well prepared for court and handled her own in the court room, even when we were under attack. She calmly laid out all the facts as they were and represented me to the fullest in a very honest and sincere manner. She was able to present things in a way that I hadn't even thought of, always thinking ahead and planning her next move. Attorney Weaver was the most professional, well prepared and thorough attorney that i have ever used. She was very accessible to me and answered any all questions I had in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Valerie Weaver as an attorney, and if I am ever needing an attorney, I know who I'm calling. Thank You!!!
Attorney Towery-Weaver brought me from a very very difficult point in my life and extremely capably, realistically and always respectfully took care of my legal problems. My situation was based on divorce but extended across the spectrum of what one may have to deal with. She prevailed, for me, on each and every legal issue. I HIGHLY recommend her for any divorce issue, and its related civil or criminal matter.
