Mr. Cutshall represented my child and I after we were involved in a car accident. He is an excellent attorney, and I would hire him again as well as recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation.

When my teenage daughter was in a car accident recently I knew exactly who to contact. As part of my job I am often called to testify in court for my employer. I have testified for many attorneys over the years in this capacity. At one such court case I was questioned by Sean Cutshall and was so impressed with him that I knew he was the attorney I needed to hire for my daughter's case. My daughter's case went to court this week Sean was just as impressive. Not only did we win the case, but after the judge rendered her verdict the representation for the opposing side asked the court what he could have done differently to avoid the little known technicality that Sean called him out on. The judge just smiled and said that he would need to ask Sean to explain to him what he had done wrong. The level on professionalism, knowledge and caring that Sean displayed were spot on and I couldn't ask for more. Additionally, he made my daughter feel comfortable when she was nervous going to court. I am more than pleased with the service that Sean Cutshall provided to our family. I will, without a doubt, hire him for any additional needs my family may need in the future and have already recommended him to my friends and family.

I would never recommend Sean to be anyone's lawyer. Nobody in his office ever answers the phone.
Sean was my lawyer for a whole year and I had only ever spoken to the man once. No organization in hub office at all. I would call leave countless messages and got no response, and since I was not living in the same state I could not just go into his office to see what was going on. I finally got a call back from his office telling me I had an over the phone appointment with Mr. Cutshall, so I took the morning off from work and never received a call. Not even to inform me Mr. Cutshall needed to reschedule. I paid the office in full and they did nothing for me I ended up flying to fl meeting with my then husband at an ihop and coming up with an agreement, had it notarized at an amscot and his lawyer did the rest. Mr. Sean Cutshall is a scam. He did not stand up to his end of the deal I still have yet to receive my divorce paperwork from his office singed by the judge as proof of the divorce, or to have a copy of my divorce agreement. Completely disappointed. So again, I would never recommend Mr. Sean Cutshall and his firm to anyone.

Over the years, I've heard people refer to their "personal attorney." Hearing these words, I wondered why someone would require a personal attorney. I now know why you need a personal attorney and in my case a family attorney. With grown children and almost grown grandchildren there seems to always be a need for legal representation to deal with bankruptcies, foreclosures, divorces, custody issues, automobile accidents and more. My daughter's introduced me to our family attorney, Sean Cutshall, a few years ago. He and his firm has truly been a lifeline for our family. So, if you need a personal or family attorney, please consider Mr.Cutshall as your attorney.
