Be careful of this lawyer. He charges every minute of communication. He purposely drags his feet so he can bill you more. When you call for the status-more reasons for him to raise his fees. He claims to be helpful and then betrays you by charging more fees. We spent more money for his so call service when we did the work. Don't trust him.

This comment is not true, nor does it make sense. I tell every client EXACTLY what my fees will be BEFORE they agree to hire me. And I document EVERY item of work that I perform on a file, and give the client an itemized list, so the client can question it if they want to. Yes, I charge for phone calls and e-mails. Every lawyer does. That's why lawyers have hourly rates. As for dragging my feet, that's not true nor does it make sense. If I'm dragging my feet, how can I "bill you more?" Silly. It would be fair if people that left comments like this also left their names. They are free to "trash" my reputation and I don't even know if this was a legitimate client. In 14 years of having my own practice, I have closed over 1,200 files. This is the first alleged client that ever "trashed" me. What does that tell you? This alleged client gives me a poor rating under "trustworthy." Are they trustworthy? If they were, they would give their name to prove that they were a real client.
