    Best Immigration lawyer ever!!!

I strongly recommend Jackson Marcelin as an Immigration lawyer because he has been there for my family from day one. My parents were deported when i was 16 y/o and I stayed in the US with my youngest brother. It was very hard for us to stay in this country with out any guidance, but I knew I had Jackson Marcelin. He made it possible for my family and I to be reunited again in the United States. His effort and dedication made my dream come true. Thank You Jackson!!!!!!

not satify with his service at all

i would't recomend this lawer to anyone. he took my maney and messed up the case and im not the only one who thinks that about him. i know about other people that have had experience with him. unfurtunately i figured that out when it was too late. and now im just trying to keep somebody else from him. please before hiring an attorney check their back ground and reviews.

Jackson Marcelin’s response: “I would be glad to address any issue this client has. Unfortuanately, I do not recognize the name Jose Jaramillo. This name is not and has ever been a client to my office. If someone truly has a negative comment to post about my office, I wish they would properly identify themselves so I can adequately address his/her concerns. I have a very long list of satisfied customers going back about 15 years. Thank you.”

    immigration deportaion case

i see mr. marcelin does not do immigration cases anymore, i saw him about help to stop a deporation, he asked for $1500, he said $750 to start the process i believed in him, i gave him $1000 . when i returned to his office to see the paper work it was not done and had to wait for them to type a paragraph to immigration court to ask for a hearing, given the paper i was told to take it from his office in winterpark to tradewind, immigration out by the airport, to stand in line and ask to file the paper, they dont except money to file paper work it has to come in buy mail, at this time these were the rules i was so upset because i did not know where the immigration office was and because he said no time to mail it so i must take it there, his worlds if you cry and beg they may let you file the paper, so out of desperation my daughter and i went to immigration office, we got lost it took us hours, and i stood in the line on pins and needles, when it was my turn, they said all attorneys knew the rules, all paper work must enter buy mail and be paid with a money order, i called him mr. marcelin and he said go back and keep asking, i did they said no i felt like a fool that lost $1000. i called i sent letters asked for my money back i still have the paper work. i mailed the paper to immigration court, and received a reply 2wks. later. mr. marcelin said he did not feel he owed me anything, whats right is right, wrong is wrong, and i was sent on a desperate flight, that he was paid to do.. since immigration is not on your list of things he handles, i put ethics/professional responsibility the words printed on his business card at the time was, birds migrate so do people. thank you.

Jackson Marcelin’s response: “My office prides itself on ethics with a genuine ability and willingness to help. This person did not identify him or herself, thus I cannot address the particulars of this comment. We certainly continue to have a practice in the immigration field. Immigration law is very complex and it can be quite difficult for the lay person to grasp the inner workings of the law. One thing that is clear is that people work hard for their money. They deserve honesty, respect and to have the work completed. We have every client sign a retainer agreement that explains the terms and condition of our services. We have thousands of satisfied customers in the last 15 years. My office has never been subject to any disciplinary actions. This is because we value our clients and we aim to serve.”
