    This Guy is Fantastic

Mr. Allen listened intently to our situation, properly assessed the facts, and gave great feedback while communicating strategies we could explore. We knew when hiring him he was going to be right choice due to the passion he had for justice. It was a great relief to see that he communicated the facts directly with the state and showed them why the charges we were facing should be dropped. The state did so and we are forever grateful to him for believing in us and seeing to it that an innocent party was not punished. He is a pit bull and one that will stand with you on your side. We are very fortunate we found him. Thanks Jeremiah!

    Great job

Jeremiah was very knowledgable about the law and was good at explaining it to me. He laid out my options very plainly and did a great job in court. I could tell he really cared about my case.

Im Not sure if he has enough knowledge with criminal cases

My husband got a life sentence for a robbery that could have very well been a grandtheft, for stealing a television from kmart,if Jerimiah had put up a fight . He didn't try hard enough. He didn't speak up at the trial to the jury judge prosecutors or judge. He let everybody run the court room, but himself. He got paid for husband could have gotten a life sentence with a public defender. I always had to be the one to keep in contact with him,he only seemed to look more into my husbands case when he had gotten his monthly payment.maybe he wasn't use to criminal cases. He is a very nice guy,but we didn't pay him to be a nice guy, we paid him to make things better for far as his character he is a very nice and respectful, guy he just don't seem to know how to fight a good fight,to save someone's life.

Jeremiah Daniel Allen’s response: “Mrs. Murray, Thank you for your feedback and input. Although the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct do not allow me to discuss the details of your husband's case, I spent several weeks preparing in and out of the courtroom to give your husband the best shot possible of a favorable verdict. Additionally, I'm sorry that you disapprove of my style in the courtroom. I have found that despite what is often depicted in the media, that a professional demeanor is the most effective way to communicate to the judge and the jury. If you would like to discuss this matter any further, please feel free to contact me at (813) 251-8200. I wish you and your family all the best.”
