Your Public Defender should be able to waive your appearance. It is your responsibility to contact him/her and provide them with all paperwork necessary to support your claim. Good Luck

Sorry, but there is not enough information here to provide any real advice. Your best bet is to make an appointment with your attorney and discuss matters with him/her. You can also find many Federally Qualified Defense Attorneys and make an appointment with one to review the specific facts of your case. Please be careful about posting information in a public Forum.

I agree with the other gentlemen, but I would add that if you go to arraignment by yourself, please only say, not guilty, and that you need the Public Defender appointed. Please do not try to "talk your way out of it" at arraignment. I have watched too many people talk their way into jail.

As you already knew, driving without a license is a violation of your probation, so is fleeing the scene of an accident. Yes, you are probably in trouble and they are probably looking for you. Call a local lawyer. Good Luck.

Unless you were told you could not travel, traveling during pre-trial release is usually not a problem. Good Luck.

Since you posted this question in the DUI section of Avvo, I will assume your license was suspended for DUI. All prosecutors everywhere I work seek jail time on BPO violations if the license is suspended for DUI or Drugs. Hiring a lawyer would be a very smart thing to do. Good Luck.

A jury decides guilt or innocence. To learn more about the judge's sentencing ask your attorney. I understand the desire to be part of the case, but advise that you let your lawyer do his or her job. You do not help your brain surgeon perform the surgery. Be available for your attorney and follow their advice. If you do not have faith in them, get another attorney.

Unfortunately, although this should never happen, lawyer's are people too. If you did not get arrested and she got the warrant recalled, then there seems to be no harm. If you have lost confidence in her, get another lawyer. Talk to her about the situation. Good Luck.

If the DUI was her first offense and there was no accident or injury, then the maximum sentence is up to 180 days if her breath test was under .15 or 270 days if it was over. Good Luck.

You have not provided nearly enough information to answer this question. In most cases the Defendant has a right to a bond. Under some circumstances there is no bond. Without more information unfortunately I cannot give you a better answer. Try re-posting with information including what the charge is, if he was on probation for another offense when arrested for this one, etc. Good Luck
