About Me

In addition to being a strong advocate for her clients, Alyson is passionate about litigation prevention, avoidance and mediation. As a litigator, she handled almost any kind of case a business is likely to encounter, including but not limited to contractual breaches, complex commercial litigation, non-competes, employment, labor, insurance defense and collections. Through her litigation experience, Alyson gleaned that most costly litigation can be avoided through solid contracts, settlement negotiations and pre-suit mediation. So, in addition to litigating on behalf of our clients, Alyson is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and County Civil Mediator, handling residential foreclosure, business and contract, labor and employment, discrimination, personal injury and commercial litigation mediations. Alyson helps her clients develop a litigation avoidance strategy, which helps businesses stay in business.
