In re: The Marriage of B. and B.

Practice Area: Family

Outcome: My client prevailed and both children were ordered to be returned to Florida to my client.

Description: Former wife took minor children of marriage out of state of Florida and moved to Ohio without consulting with my client. She simply moved when she had the 2 minor children in her possession by virtue of her having them for time-sharing. Main issues were whether children should be returned to Florida and which household was the best for the minor children using the factors set forth in §61.13(3)(a)-(t).
