Wendy is a well-respected family trial lawyer and leader in the Family Law Bar in Central Florida. Tenacious in protecting the rights of children, she is a calming influence who guides clients to outcomes that preserve the family relationship and minimize damage to children. She treats clients with respect, compassion and caring, focusing on global resolutions tailored to each individual family.
Her experience in collaborative law and mediation gives her the skills to resolve legal disputes such as child custody and timesharing, child support and modifications, contested and uncontested divorce, equitable distribution, domestic abuse, alimony/spousal support, relocation and other Family Law issues. She is not afraid of the hardest cases with complex issues and complicated family dynamics. Her extensive community contacts provide her access to resources to guide cases to conclusion.
Wendy is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer review rating, and was named a “Super Lawyer” 2007 - 2011. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. She is a founding member of the American Inns of Court, #123, and a founding member and former counselor to the Central Florida Family Law American Inn of Court. Both organizations were created to enhance professionalism and to provide education and mentorship opportunities. Wendy is a founding board member and current President of The Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida.
Wendy is married and has a blended family of four children and two grandchild.
