in 2010 and specializes in Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and Veterans Benefits. Kristen also serves as the community liaison and represents the firm at several marketing events

About Me 

Hi my name is Kathleen Flammia and I am an Elder Law Attorney located in Winter Park, Florida. I have been serving Orange County and the surrounding areas since 1989.

 

I began my Elder Law practice in the heart of Winter Park, Florida after being in the criminal defense arena for 14 years.

At my law office I have two seasoned staffers behind it. We support clients in Medicaid planning, Estate Planning, Guardianship, Probate and Veterans

In 2011 and 2012, I was named to Florida Trendmagazine’s “Florida Legal Elite,”  and I was also recognized in Orlando Home & Leisure magazine, “Top Women Attorneys” in 2011 and 2012.

Community and Organizations

In addition to practicing Elder Law, I am the Chair of the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center and I have served on that Board of Directors for eight years. I am also on the Board of Directors for CERA (Community Education Resource Affiliation, Inc.).
