About Me

Leonard Cabral is a consumer’s attorney who represents tenants  as consumers of housing.  He defends tenants in evictions, helps tenants get their security deposit returned, wrongful evictions and lockouts. In addition to tenant defense Mr. Cabral does an assortment of other consumer cases including debt collection defense,  inacurate credit reporting, injuries on apartment complexes, improper towing cases, landlord's denial of tenancy, and debt collector harassment.  Many of the consumer protection laws protect tenants too.
