About Me

I am AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, having zealously represented the injured and the accused  throughout Central Florida since 1985. I have handle/tried cases ranging from complex felonies to simple misdemeanors, including attempted murder, manslaughter, aggravated child abuse and child neglect, aggravated stalking, stalking, domestic violence, complex white collar crimes including, mortgage fraud, unemployment compensation fraud and racketeering (RICO).  I am very experienced in drug trafficking, including oxycodone and hydrocodone trafficking cases; DUI, BUI, Suspended Licenses, weapons charges, Assault and Battery on Law Enforcement Officers and resisting arrest with violence and resisting without violence, and Burglary and Grand Theft. In a recent  (2013) 57 Defendant, interstate gambling and racketeering case,  I successfully had the charges dropped by the Florida Statewide Prosecutor.

As a former state Probation and Parole Officer I am also  experienced in handling probation violation cases, both felony and misdemeanor.

I have handled hundreds of personal injury claims and have recovered millions of dollars for my clients.  I offer contingency fees that won't exceed 33% of the recovery and you won't pay any costs until we win. I am here to help with your criminal charges or accident claims. I PROVIDE A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION and we answer our phones 24/7.

If you are the focus of a criminal investigation and the conversation with the officer/investigator starts with"you have the right to remain silent", do so and call me immediately. If you are injured due to someone's negligence, don't talk to the insurance adjuster until you've talked to me.  As an AV rated attorney with 28 years of experience I can give you the advantage you need in solving your legal problem.

The hiring of a lawyer should never be based on advertising alone.  Call now for free information about my qualifications and experience.
