Eric Boughman is a commercial litigation attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of business disputes, corporate governance matters, real estate issues, and asset protection. He has represented clients ranging from multinational corporations to local business owners in all phases of the legal dispute process, including mediation, arbitration, administrative tax and licensing proceedings, trials, and appeals.
Eric has been admitted to practice law in Florida and Nevada, as well as in the U.S. Tax Court, and pro hac vice for particular matters in Illinois and Tennessee. In addition, he has counseled clients in transactions involving technology and real estate.
Eric began his law as a litigator in Las Vegas with Nevada's largest law firm before being recruited to join a Florida-based international law firm. Prior to co-founding Forster Boughman and Lefkowitz, he was a partner with a well-respected Central Florida law firm serving a wide variety of clients ranging from local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies. Eric has also served as general counsel to an off-shore technology company and regularly counsels tech companies, both domestic and international.
Eric is rated AV-Preeminent, by Martindale-Hubbell and has published articles and lectured in the areas of asset protection and real estate law.
