About Me

I am a fomerly board certified trial attorney who is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell.  I have tried over 75 cases in the State of Florida to jury verdict.  I have handled personal injury claims, medical malpractice (human and animal), insurance defense, aviation wrongful death, contract and arbitration disputes, and maritime claims in my thirty years of experience as a trial lawyer. I have also been involved recently in animal law, handling cases regarding the sale of puppy mill puppies under Florida's Puppy "Lemon Law," medical malpractice and dangerous dog litigation.
