I cannot say enough about Mr. Duong. His services were beyond exemplary in handling my Dad's Estate. I have never dealt with such a wonderful attorney. All emails and calls were answered promptly and efficiently. His replies and explanations were clear and concise. I would also like to mention that his fees were more than reasonable. If anyone needs a Probate Attorney, he would be the ONLY one I would recommend.

Long Duong (pronounced "Young") did a great job riding herd on the settlement of my mom's estate in FL. He was always available to pateintly explain things and was very knowledgable about the court system and a million other little details. I found him on the web and it was a great find indeed, worth every penny and then some. Top-notch service, a great guy. Who could ask for more? Highest rating!

First off I do want to say Mr. Duong is truly a Professional in this field. He gave me all the facts and through his counsel I was able to understand the gravity of the situation I faced. He did not try to have me hire him or his firm, on the contrary, he advised me to wait and see and if I felt that probate was necessary, I could then call and make those arrangements. I feel that Mr. Duong is a very honest and professional Attorney and has your best interests at heart. He made both my wife and I feel totally at ease at a time we are very on edge and unsure. He spoke to us in a way that we could understand and elaborated on the details we did not quite understand. He made no promises and gave us his honest opinion and advice. As for how I found him, well, they have a great website that explains everything you may need to know about probate. It's in layman's terms so you have no trouble understanding the content and in addition it gives you the opportunity to contact them directly for a free consultation. Exactly what we did and I am very glad that they provide this service. The website itself is nicely done and does reflect how those of us that don't know about probate feel. I will go back and hire Mr. Duong if the situation changes. If this happens I will know that the Attorney I hire is working for my best interest and knows exactly what needs to be done. Mr. Duong gave me some information that may have been a great asset to claiming my funds. It shows a great amount of integrity for an attorney to inform me that his services may not be needed in my case (which saves me a LOT of money)... I'll be contacting Mt. Duong if I need his services in regards to my mother's estate.

Long Duong was extremely helpful several years ago in setting up my mother-in-laws will and other estate planning issues. When her will had possibly been compromised by an outside source while she was in a vulnerable state, we contacted him to find out what we could do to assure that the will and other medical choices would be intake since her physical health was diminishing. He made contact right away with us and allowed us to set an appointment at our convenience to have her come by, reviewed her will and medical choices with her and had her resign in a 'sealed' setting. She and her children are very much appreciative of the work that he did so quickly to take away the uncertainty that was there and the heartache that could have possibly ensued had her choices not been finalized again with the resigning.
His fees at both signings were very reasonable for the work that was done.

The only reason I did not retain Mr. Duong was because he helped solve my problem in our second phone conversation, which niether call did he charge me for. He is honest, knowlegable, a good listener and a darn good fellow. I strongly recommend before you retain any lawyer that you speak with Mr. Duong first.

Mr. Duong was extremely helpful into the closing and reopening of my fathers estate when unclaimed funds were made available by the state of Florida. Due to the length of time since my father's estate was completed (mid 1990's) there was more involved than the normal request of funds. There was the formal closing of the estate, the reopening of estate etc. . Needless to say the check from Mr. Duong was received yesterday by myself and my brother from Unclaimed funds via Mr. Duong. A job well done.

Initially, I was very leary to use an internet law firm. Once I spoke to Mr. Duong, I felt more comfortable and decided to go with him. His fee was considerably lower than a neighborhood attorney and his professional demeanor gave me confidence. His timetable was reasonable and his overall knowledge of the probate process was very specific.

For years I have tried to get a mortage into my name after husbands death. I was so upset I stopped paying. The mortage compary needed permission to talk to me from my dead husband. Then they made a deal with me, I started paying again. A few months later my payments were returned stating not my loan but my home is on the loan, again where is husband? Sent the 9th death paper. I live in CA. and had to probate a pice of property in FL. We had what seemed like a lot of problems with the cort. Long worked with us to get the prober papers filed to get the issue resolved. This process was timing consuming but Long keep us informed.
