No matter where you come from or what particular beliefs you hold, I am in the profession of helping all no matter their race, creed, origin, or other stigmas society labels you with. If you have a legal problem I can fix or mitigate, I will help you.
I started practicing almost all aspect of family law upon receiving my license to practice. My first attorney job was with Scott Roth, who was a former public defender, and had been practicing family law of around 20 years. I could not have had a better mentor, teacher, and friend to teach me all the nuances and intracacies that surround family law. The law is complicated and that is why, due to Scott's mentoring, I never ever go to court regardless if its a simple or complex hearing without ready to argue how the facts, statutes, rules, and case law applies to my case. The difference between a regular attorney and a great one is in the level of preparation and always willing to learn because the law is always evolving. I am constantly reading up on the new case law out of the appellate courts (which interpret the statute and rules) and that something that eveyone should look for in their legal representation: dedidcation to learning new aspects of the law and revisiting the old ones because their may be something embedded inthat was missed earlier.
My youthful appearance is nothing but a distraction to opposing counsel or a self represented litigant, and I use this to my advantage because I constantly reading up on the law and learning new something everytime I pick up a case law, rule, or a read a statute. What has suprised me the most about the practice of law is that older attorneys are not better than younger ones. In fact, it is usually quite the opposite...with exceptions of course. When deciding which lawyer to represent you, it would be error to think that the more experienced attorneys are the best.
I am confident in my abilities. I know my limits when it comes to practicing family law. I will never promise a client a result I know is not attainable. I will tell a client that their outcome or desired result is unlikely unless I can find something in the law after doing my research. Sometimes, to my surprise, I can find case law in my client's favor.
Personally, I was born and raised in South Florida, the second son of immigrants who fled Cuba in search for a better life. I graduated from Florida Christian School and went on to receive my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University (a top 100 university that was ranked with having the 16th hardest grading system in the country). Afterwards, I attended law school in Michigan where I met my Wife, and together we have two beautiful children, Madison and Mason.

I endorse this lawyer. He came into a case literally at the last moment, travelled to another county for an early morning hearing, and was prepared with case law for me and the judge, and argued well on behalf of his client.
