Paul graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 1987. He is the founding shareholder of Anderson & Hart, P.A. Paul limits his practice to serious personal injury, workers' compensation and wrongful death cases. Paul is admitted to practice law in all Florida courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Paul has tried more than two hundred-fifty personal injury and workers' compensation cases. he has been a Workers’ Compensation Board Certified Attorney since 1998.
Paul serves as President-Elect of the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers) and as a member of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section Executive Council. Paul also is a member of the Trial Law and Workers’ Compensation Sections of the Florida Bar, the Tallahassee Bar Association and the Capital City Justice Association.
Paul's most recent lectures include speaking at Florida Justice Association Annual Convention (Automotive Case Law Update), the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Board Certification Forum (Temporary Disability Benefits) and the Florida Workers’ Advocates Convention (Major Contributing Cause & Apportionment). Paul’s previous lectures include the Florida Bar Media Law Committee Reporters Workshop, the Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Vital Signs Seminar, the Workers’ Compensation Research Institute’s Annual Convention and the Southeast Builders Association Convention.
I strongly endorse this lawyer's work. Having practiced for well over 20 years as a Workers' Compensation defense attorney in direct opposition to Paul Anderson's prosecution of injured workers' cases, it is my opinion that he is one of, if not the, most accomplished, experienced, and ethical attorneys in this field of practice. An injured worker would be hard-pressed to find a higher degree of representation than that offered by Paul Anderson.
