Charles B. “C.B.” Upton II is the founder of Upton Law Firm. An experienced trial and appellate lawyer, he represents clients throughout the country in cases involving commercial disputes, dangerous prescription drugs and medical devices, whistleblower claims, defective products, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death. He also advises businesses on a variety of issues.

C.B. began his career as a law clerk to Judge Eugene Siler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he worked on cases throughout the country in the First, Third, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits.
