C.B. Upton is the founder of Upton Law Firm. He is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer. His practice includes representing clients in litigation involving dangerous prescription drugs and medical devices, defective products, whistleblower lawsuits, catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and business disputes.

C.B. began his career as a law clerk to Judge Eugene Siler of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, where he worked on cases throughout the country in the First, Third, Sixth, Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits.
