I had so many problems with the INS or USCIS that I needed an Attorney to sort it all out for me. When I met Ms. Korial-Yonan for the first Time I had a good feeling this would be different than from the Attorney that I have hired before. She was very helpfull and her knowledge about the System was very impressive to me. She knew everyone at the USCIS office. She had a good relationship with the Officers at that location. I felt very secure with her on my side. All my Problems that I had where sorted out and I had my Permanent residence card within 6 months after we applied again with the USCIS. I only can higly recommend her for her work.

Lena is a light hearted lawyer who assisted me to get asylum in less than a year. I remember that she was aggressively talking to the immigration officer to explain him about the case and that is the time I knew that I am going to be approved. The immigration office did not even interview my wife which was there with me at that time. Thank you Mrs. Lena for all support and kindness.

Working with a good number and different caliber of immigration attorneys in the past 6 years, have to say that Lena Korial-Yonan is probably the only one in Jacksonville area who is realistic, confident, well experienced and straight forward with you. You know how it "normally"works - attorneys, not all but most, promise you whatever you want just to get hired with immediately following hefty retainer and extensive contract with your signature at the bottom of page 527, says that attorney actually NOT guarantee you anything.

Second but not less important detail is attorney's compensation, which I found working with Lena Korial-Yonan realistic and reasonable.
