Heather is a very fair attorney. I felt she helped me to keep my costs down by not filing motion after motion. She listened to how I wanted things to turn out and that is what she did. I thought it was an ugly case but Heather's professional relationship with the opposing attorney helped to manage the ugliness. She was firm and fair.

At a very difficult time when my Mama passed I hired Heather Quick to handle the probate. Although we had a will it was quite a legal process. Ms. Quick handled every aspect and it was comforting to me and my Sisters. I would highly recommend that you have her draw up your will as this will certainly benefit you in the future. Ms. Quick is professional, prompt, compassionate, and on the top of her game. Her services were excellent.
