I had my first consultation about my options to get past a foreclosure. He didn't ask me about my sitaution or really what I was looking for. He didn't talk in reference to what I wanted to know. He just spewed off lines about bankruptcy. He immediately said I needed to do a chapter 7 bankruptcy, not telling me about other options. He said I needed to do it today because my situation would only get worse and the bank would begin to get aggressive and come after me for huge amounts of money. He focused so much on this credit program he offers that he didn't even ask if I needed help rebuilding my credit. He just assumed that my credit is horrible and I've never been very good at money management and needed this help. He kept talking about how I'd have to keep myself out of debt and learn to live within my means. I lost my job a few years back and the foreclosure is really the only thing I have. I had an excellent credit score before losing my job and have largely rebuilt my score already. When I went to leave, he wanted me to write him a check for his fees so he could get me on the books for next week. Very rushed and high pressured. He may be good at what he does, but he's lost my business.
Mr. Mousa was very easy to talk to. He handled my concerns with speed and professionalism. Mr. Mousa has represented me in several cases and all ended with satisfied results.
I have worked with this attorney and he is very upfront with clients. He does not sugar coat things, so to speak. I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance with Family Law, Probate or Bankruptcy matters.
