Mr Sholes and his team seemed very professional and eager to help at first. They treated me like a VIP. Keep in mind that no matter what happens after the final settlement, even if you end up with a bill, these lawyers get there third of the settlement, as in my case. I trusted my lawyer to guide me in the right direction, and I followed what he recommended, only to find out that after my settlement for example was $54,000, my bills added up to $67,000. I was left with $67k minus $54k = $13k plus the lawyers cut to pay out of pocket. Ron Sholes told me not to worry, he had good relationships with most of the doctors and he would work with them to lower my bills after the settlement. This law firm convinced me to see doctors to intentionally rack up a high medical bill. "We need to have the highest amount of bills to make our claim, so we can get back a substantial amount" Even when you decline, they still try to force you to do sugeries and other painful procedures for financial benefits. When they realise they're not going to make a profit of you anymore, the treat you like crap. From this point on, you will not receive any updates, or phone calls. You now have to work overtime to communicate with them. They will stop taking your calls, and allways have excuses no matter what time of the day you call, "At lunch, In a conference, Doctors appointment, Left early etc"... I write this to inform others, please find an honest and hard working lawyer to fight your case, the law offices of Ron Sholes is a rip off and will not seek your best interest, but rather seek their own.

Ron Sholes is one of the best attorneys in the state of florida. He'll be straight with you from the beginning. No nonsense when you get the bill. And most definitely a people person, you won't be bounced around from secretary to secretary. I had a very complex long divorce case and with his expertise I came out with a smile and I still have my pay check. God bless this man.
