I really enjoyed working with Deborah and her Paralegal Shannon. I found them to be patient and understanding as well as fair and knowledgeable. Deborah will ensure that you are prepared with an understandng of case law and has a good handle on the way judges are likely to interpret facts. This is very helpful to you as you are making a decision as to the best course of action to take in a family matter involving separation vs divorce.

Deborah Greene is an outstanding attorney who assisted me with an extremely complicated legal battle involving the safety of my granddaughter. She was a great comfort in helping me navigate the complex issues of custody that crossed state lines. She explained all of my options and potential problems of my case at every turn. Deborah is very knowledgeable in the area of family law and very quick to respond as the case took unexpected turns. I was most impressed with her genuine concern for the welfare and safety of my granddaughter. Although very expensive, If you are looking for a compassionate and very smart attorney, I would highly recommend Deborah.

Deborah was a pleasure to work with. During a very emotional and stressful time she always had answers to my questions and did detailed research on my specific situation. She has a memory like an elephant, which is so important in divorce cases. Everone's situation is different. Deborah worked with my on my family law case. I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I am the head of a multi-million dollar non-profit here in Jacksonville who has utilized the services of Deborah Greene for a number of years. I got to know Deborah when she was representing my brother who is a high profile individual in town, when he was going through a divorce. Although it was a long term marriage, he managed to get divorced without having to pay monthly alimony. I have found Deborah to be detail oriented, tough as nails, but with a heart of gold. Though she generally handles high-net worth cases, I know her firm has not hesitated to do pro bono work for our non-profit when requested. If I was going through a family law dispute today, there is no other lawyer in town that I would turn to.

At first, Ms. Greene was very responsive to my case. As the case proceeded though, it became very apparent that all she is concerned with is money. Ms. Greene's advice for how I should proceed with my case only guaranteed that she would benefit the most financially from someone who has very little money to begin with. An example would be that she filed a motion that should have taken less than a month to get completed. Several months and several thousand dollars later, it was finally finished. I would have to say that she is not a "zealous advocate for her client," which is what an attorney should be. Well, maybe she is if you have the "bank account" to back it up. I heard great things about her which is why I chose her to handle my case but her performance has been rather disappointing.

I first contracted her for my case, because I heard she was good, but after I sign a contract, she show no interest in it, and assigned other lawyer to take my case. All I wanted was a modification on Child support and Alimony because I lost my job. I payed more than $3,000. After more than 6 months and, I could not get a hearing and then she wanted $1,600 more before going to the hearing, which I did not have. She withdraw from the case and I end up loosing all that money.
