About Me

I am board certified in construction law and practice business and construction litigation, condominium law and construction licensing.  In 2012, I was appointed to the Construction Industry Licensing Board.  I represent all types of businesses including contractors, subcontractors, developers, construction managers, owners, architects, engineers, insurance companies, suppliers and vendors in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution.  I have also prepared construction documents and contracts as well as other very specialized business contracts associated with insurance, development and construction companies and franchise documents.
