About Me

Daniel A. Iracki is a dynamic, principled and results-driven attorney combining impressive courtroom prowess with unparalleled attention to detail. At age 33, Mr. Iracki is one of the youngest Board Certified Civil Trial lawyers in the state, a designation by the Florida Bar as “legal expert” and the highest level of evaluation of competence and expertise for Florida attorneys. He is also the youngest named partner in the firm’s 38-year history, guiding firm strategy and decision-making, mentoring associate attorneys, and helping shape the future of the firm.

He has tried more than 40 civil jury trials resulting in combined total judgments and verdicts of more than $30 million, including more than 13 multi-million dollar verdicts.

In 2014, Mr. Iracki was invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an elite, invite-only national organization recognizing the best trial attorneys and judges throughout the United States. He is currently the youngest ABOTA member in the state of Florida. In 2015, he was selected for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers, Rising Stars.  Super Lawyers is comprised of the top 5 percent of the lawyers in the state, and the Rising Stars designation is given to the top 2.5 percent. He was also named to the Jacksonville Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40, an honor given to the top 40 up and coming leaders under age 40.

Daniel is an Eagle member and frequent lecturer and speaker for the Florida Justice Association, and has presented in the areas of civil litigation, including presentations aimed towards mentoring younger lawyers just starting to practice.  Over the last year, he has presented “The Nuts and Bolts of Civil Procedure: What you should know, and what you MUST know!” and “The Impact of Objective Radiology on a Jury in a Personal Injury Case.”

He serves on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Justice Association as secretary and membership chair and is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association. Mr. Iracki is also an associate within the prestigious Chester Bedell American Inns of Court where he has worked alongside many of the most distinguished attorneys and judges in Jacksonville.

Mr. Iracki earned his law degree in 2007 from Florida Coastal School of Law and is admitted in all Florida state courts, as well as the United States District Court, Middle District. While at Florida Coastal, he was chosen by his peers as the 2007 Commencement speaker, received a Book Award in Professional Responsibility, an honor given to the student earning the highest grade in the class and received a Pro Bono Award for completing more than 400 hours of volunteer legal services. He was also a member of the Mock Trial team which competed in state and national competitions, and he served as a teaching and research assistant for Criminal Procedure and Constitutional Law courses. While in law school, Mr. Iracki clerked for the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps, at Fort McPherson, Atlanta, GA, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida and the Legal Advisor for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.

Prior to law school, Mr. Iracki received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in political science from Duquesne University, where he played middle linebacker on their NCAA Division I-AA football team, winning the NCAA Division I-AA Mid-Major National Football Championship in 2003. He is also trained in law enforcement, having completed the Allegheny County Police Training Academy where he was voted Most Likely to Succeed by his fellow cadets. Additionally, he served for five years as a volunteer firefighter in Pittsburgh.

A dedicated member of the community, and a champion of children’s issues, Daniel serves on the Board of Directors and the fundraising committee for Child Cancer Fund (CCF), a Jacksonville non-profit serving families with children who have cancer. He also volunteers his time and knowledge as a pro bono attorney for the American Bar Association Military Pro Bono Project. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
