Hi my name is Derease [removed by Avvo staff] you can google my name this is a real ad.Mr wagner did not pay me for this ad.I have had other Lawyers that .were very priced and they ripped me off and was not honest.Mr.wagner recently represented me on a voilation of probation the state had me in custody and was trying to send me back to prison.Mr wagner represented me and got me out of custody and told me what i needed to do in order for him to reach a agreement with the prosecuter to keep me out of prison Mr.wagner will listen to what you are saying and he will give you his best and honest advice.I am a man of color a black male Mr wagner helped me out and broke the chains that the courts had on me.Please use your money on this man trust me.Alot of lawyers put on a front but there garbage and they will take your money go to Mr.wagner office trust me.Mr wagner will be my family attorney forever hes the only lawyer thats there for me even when i was in custody.ive had what people called big time lawyers here in daytona beach and if you really want more information i strongly suggest that you email [removed by Avvo staff] .
