Carswell completely dropped the ball during my child support case by failing to file vital discovery requests by the deadline even after numerous written & verbal reminders by me. William seemed immature and not to have a good grasp of simple court procedures and filing procedures...his inadequacies ultimately cost me a fortune in that I had to hire another attorney to clean up his mess!

My child's father harrassed me for two years. Throughout this time, Mr. Carswell represented me and defended a series of harrassing cases brought by my deadbeat ex. In this same time my ex went through four attorneys. Finally, when my ex was sent to prison, Mr. Carswell handled the stepparent adoption and had my ex's parental rights terminated. I am extremely happy with my representation.

Very happy with my representation. Attorney met me on a Saturday because of my work schedule. Difficult case settled on appeal as Mr. Carswell got my prior bad verdict fixed. Should have retained him to begin with.
