I agree with the other answers. Your question involves questions that require an examination of the specific facts in your circumstances. You can file for naturalization, but it may not be approved. That is an answer no one can give you based on your question. Best wishes.

    Patrick’s Answer

I agree the first thing you need to do is speak with an attorney. The at-fault driver's insurance will likely try to contact you for a recorded statement. It would be unwise to discuss this case with the them before you speak with an attorney. You are dealing with an issue of fact. Most accident attorneys meet with clients for a free consultation and will be able to review the facts of your case to determine the viability of your claim. If you were injured or feel you may have been injured, you need to get checked out to determine the extent of your injuries. If the doctor recommends treatment, it is important for you to focus on getting better and following the doctor's advice.

  • How would I go about getting full custody of my eight year old daughter?

My ex husband and I have joint custody, but he has taken our daughter out of state without my permission and refuses to let me have any contact with her. What is my next step to get her back into GA? Is his act considered kidnapping?

    Patrick’s Answer

Ms. Colwell is correct. The language of the prior order will govern what remedy you may have currently. If there is a visitation schedule that provides specific dates and times each parent is to have custody, that language should be enforceable. If the current custody arrangement will no longer work, which appears to be the case, you need to probably file a modification. Contact a local attorney to guide you through this process and to help you resolve this issue. Best wishes.

    Patrick’s Answer

You should talk to a lawyer before doing anything. Most personal injury attorneys offer free consultations and take cases on a contingency fee, which means it does not cost you anything unless there is a recovery. Giving a statement to the insurance agent is definitely not advisable. Get an attorney and he or she will be able to advise you about your case.

    Patrick’s Answer

Whenever charges are connected to wire taps and search warrants, it is important to have an attorney review the case. Your attorney can file motions to have the evidence suppressed if the wire taps were illegal. If you have not spoken with an attorney yet, you need to. Also, be careful about talking about this case to anyone(especially your co-defendants) as it can be used against you.

I was pulled over on a failure to come to a complete stop before yielding a right turn on base. After my information was checked the military police arrested me for driving with a suspended license and I argued it's inaccuracy but no one believed ...

    Patrick’s Answer

I agree with the other posts. You need to contact a criminal defense attorney to handle the driving on suspended license. If it truly was an error that the clerk did not accurately enter the dismissal, this should be able to be handled with that court.

There are numerous factors that go into custody schedules and parenting plans. Primarily, the courts consider the best interests of the child in determining a parenting schedule for the children. If there is a prior order, it needs to be modified with such drastic change in circumstances. I recommend you speak with an attorney in person to determine what your options are and how you wish to proceed.

  • I was charge with two counts of robbery robbery, i never been around or the place or person they say I robbed. How can I prove

    That I didn't do it??

    Patrick’s Answer

First, you need to hire an attorney to represent you. These are very serious charges which can result in severe consequences to you if you are convicted. Second, you do not need to speak with the police or anyone else about this case without your attorney.

If you cannot afford an attorney, you need to get in contact with the local public defender's office.

  • I want full custody of my son that is 11. He stays with me every weekend and I see him 6 days out of the week.

I pay child support and all additional extra curriculum fees and he is about to start private school which I will pay for outside child support. I spend more time with him than his mother by choice.

I agree with Mr. Hendrick. It sounds like you have a prior order that needs to be modified. You need to speak with an attorney about your case to help you determine what options you have.
