    talk with your PO ..... basically the county where you be moving will have to agree to accept your case and it starts with that..... there is an interstate compact which provides guidelines

    If the will determines this money is for him then his siblings would be committing a theft by taking his money. The will should have to go through probate and this should be made known to the probate judge.

    It depends on whether the employer seeks an arrest warrant for the theft. If the employer seeks an arrest warrant, then the accused will most likley be arrested or noticed to appear in court to answer criminal charges of theft. If that happens, then it will be advisable for the accused to hire an attorney to represent the accused interest. If the employer does not seek an arrest warrant for the accused, then the emplyer will most likley sue the accused to recoup the money taken. Having said...
