    You probably need to talk to the attorney who has handled any of your prior actions, as you may need a change made to the custody order. However, once a weekend is likely all you will get.

    It IS hearsay unless the declarant, the person who wrote the email testifies. My best advice is to let go of your anger to the dad who is clearly a worthless bum. You have a lovely child made from a bad decision. Good luck!

    I agree with Mr. Beck. Unfortunately, we can't give you the answer you want because we would need to look at the police reports. Any time you are arrested and charged with a felony it is wise to hire an attorney if you can afford doing so. If not, most public defenders do a decent job. Whomever is your attorney cn then answer your questions. Good luck!

    I'll bet there is more to this story. If, indeed, your lease has limitations on who may visit there may be something to the landlord's behavior. However, as of yet it does not seem you have suffered any injury. For that reason I'm not sure what legal advice for which you are looking.
