I hired Michael to defend my rights against a DUI charge while traveling through Washington GA. Michael was referred by a local resident I found in the town square and was able to see me that same morning. Michael and his assistant Rachel could not have been nicer and more helpful in preparing me and my witness for the case. Their team effort filing all the correct documents and motions required was invaluable. Having the case go all the way to superior court trial jury I'm happy and grateful to say Michael won the case for me. His preparation, knowledge of the law and experience was critical in making the case and defending my rights.
Not only is Michael Horgan the finest attorney that I've ever dealt with, he has become a dear friend. He has handled several things for me over the years. I've always found him to be not only highly skilled and intelligent, but he has a real compassion and empathy for his clients and takes a personal approach to each case. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring his legal services.
I previously used Michael years ago during my divorce, custody, and support actions in family court. He is courteous, straight forward and creative in his thinking. Most recently I had a judgement entered against me by Discover Card and Mike is helping me to defend myself from a huge relentless behemoth. The best advise he gives is when to recognize that action is needed and when to say nothing, do nothing. He always dispels my irrational tendencies to react emotionally instead of constructively. I highly recommend him. He is one of the few vendors I actually pay willingly.
Michael Horgan has provided me with excellent service and legal advice for the last twenty years. I recommend him highly to everyone who is looking for an attorney to handle real estate transactions and estate planning.
