I am a professor at the University of Georgia School of Law. My specialities are environmental law, natural resources law, sustainable commerce law, and property. I started teaching at the University of Georgia after a clerkship with Chief Judge Gilbert S. Merritt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and several years with the Environment Division of the US Department of Justice.
