I have worked primarily with Criminal Law since passing the bar (both as prosecutor and defense attorney). While in my private practice I have worked as well in business development and Landlord-Tenant law. In addition to working hard to help achieve my clients' goals, I am a business owner, which gives me a broader perspective helps me see cases from different angles, including cost mitigation.
I pride myself on being up front and drect with my clients in helping them choose whether purusing legal action is the best approach considering likely outcomes, overall cost, and likely benefits. This is true for my criminal cases as well as civil. I first make sure my clients are well informed about their options, and then help them choose the path that best meets their goals.
