Eric was raised in Tampa, Florida and is a graduate of Hillsborough High School. He went on to receive his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in Business Economics from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, from which he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
After undergrad, Eric attended University of Georgia's School of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and as a Member of the Order of the Coif in May 2012. He has interned with the Georgia Regents University's (f/k/a Medical College of Georgia) Office of Legal Affairs in Augusta, GA and PSA Legal Counsellors, a law firm in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Additionally, during his time in law school, Mr. Garber worked with the UGA ASPIRE Clinic, a multi-disciplinary clinic (including financial, nutritional, marital/family and legal counselors) that provides collaborative and holistic counseling and education services to members of the greater-Athens, Georgia community.
Mr. Garber joined the firm in 2014 after practicing in the areas of general commercial litigation, transactional corporate and real estate law in Atlanta, Georgia for two years. Eric believes that his diverse background, education, and experience help him provide well-rounded legal advice from which his clients may benefit.
When he is not practicing law, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, fishing, cycling, hiking/camping, and giving back to his community.
