Mr. Marsh was my lawyer for a pending probation violation. I received consultations from a number of other legal representatives, but there was something about Troy.
His price was reasonable, and his office is literally twenty-five feet from the courtroom! From the get-go, he asked very to-the-point questions about me, my case, and my history in order to be able to most effectively serve the cause. Due to his many years of experience of dealing with the Bulloch County judicial system, he was able to quickly say: okay, here's what we should do, how we should do it, who we should talk to, and when these things should be done.
At each turn in the case, he handled it with grace, ease, and natural professionalism.
With his magic strings, he made not only one, but two miracles happen on my behalf: firstly, I was allowed to return home after a continuance was issued on my first probation revocation hearing (that's something that is an extraordinarily rare occurrence!); and secondly, when I was supposed to return a month-and-a-half later, I was told by Troy not to make the four-hour drive from Atlanta to Statesboro the following morning because it had been taken care of behind the scenes, free-and-clear! He spoke on numerous occasions with the D.A. to take care of these concerns. He went straight to the source.
Oh, and I can't forget the rest of his staff! They were always prompt, fast, responsive, polite, and kind. They were always in-sync with one another - the office staff and Mr. Marsh - which made it easy to be able to communicate with the firm as a whole. It was an easy and pleasant experience each time that I had to talk with Mr. Marsh or one of his associates.
I recently hired Troy Marsh to handle my Fale ID/ MIP charges and my experience with Troy and his staff was nothing short of stress free. They kept me updated with every progression in the case and were also very friendly and helpful. Any questions that I had throughout the process, Troy was happy to explain with great detail. In court, he was able to persuade the prosecutor to drop the charges and dismiss the case all together. Overall, I thought he did an outstanding and professional job from start to finish, if you're searching for a dependable lawyer, I would highly recommend him for hire.
From the beginning Mr. Marsh made me feel as though I was not just a case number but instead I felt as though I was a human who made a mistake and needed help. I was well informed throughout the entire process and was told not to stress because everything would be taken care of. On notice of my court date I was advised by Mr. Marsh to complete a few things and upon my completion at my court date the charge against me was dropped. Moral of the story, Troy Marsh is awsome.
Troy was a great attorney, he answered all of my questions fast and always showed concern for my case. He always provided me with suggestions and contacted me frequently to update me on my case. I went to court with my second MIP, Troy was able to get all charges dropped and I was free to leave court. I was recommended Troy by a friend and I can see why. If you want results, a local, and someone you can trust don't hesitate to give Troy a call.
I highly recommend Troy Marsh. His professionalism and knowledge of the legal system are top notch. I also believe his relationships within the Statesboro court system are very good and are helpful when working a case. Mr Marsh is very responsive via phone, email or text. He is a straight shooter. Don't ask him to speculate on what "might" happen. Just trust that he will do whatever he can to handle your case in the best manner possible. Thank you Troy. We are very grateful for what you have done for us!
Mr. Marsh was very helpful when it came to my case. I could reach him any time day or night whenever I had questions. I personally called his cell constantly and reached him 100% of the time. He kept his word with everything he said he was going to do. He told me he would do his best to get my charge dropped, and he was successful at this. I'm glad that I had Troy Marsh represent me, and I highly recommend him as an attorney and his rates are more than reasonable.

In February off this year I found myself, unfortunately, in need of Mr. Marsh's professional services: my experience with him and his Team was nothing short of outstanding.
I interviewed four different attorneys in the Bulloch County Area before making a decision on who I wanted to represent me, and he was the clear choice. It took about 5 months to come to resolution with my case and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I had 4 misdemeanor marijuana/alcohol charges against me and 3 driving charges: three were thrown-out, the main charge was reduced, all the driving charges were reduced and the fines/terms were minimal.
Things to know...
1) He is a 'strait-shooter' and will tell you like it is
2) His services are not cheap, nor are they the most expensive (I had a flexible payment plan, which was very helpful). He did quote me the best price out of all four.
3) The Troy Marsh Law Firm is a great Team; The whole staff is awesome and kept me informed every step of the way!
I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Marsh!! Have a sit-down with him before you make a decision on who would like to represent you.

Mr. Marsh was very prompt and responsive to any questions that I had. He was straight forwards with me and realistic but simultaneously able to keep me in good spirits throughout the entire case. Mr. Marsh went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction using excellent communication, his extensive knowledge of Statesboro's judicial system, and ensuring that I completed all necessary tasks before my court date. I had excellent results and I could not ask for a better experience in such a stressful time.

I was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. I was hopeless and didn't know what to do. I contacted Mr. Marsh about my case and we then met a week later. I was facing a great amount of time since I had 5 years of probation left to serve, if I was revoked I would have to serve the 5 years in prison and also had the hardest judge of them all. Judge Gates Pead. I was terrified but Mr. Marsh went to work hard and quickly. We had a revocation hearing and I ended up getting 26 weekends to serve in the county jail. Amazing is all I can say. I'm so glad that I hired Mr. Marsh for my case and if your in any trouble and feel hopeless I advise you to do the same, he's great!

Mr Troy Marsh was professional in all aspects of my case. He helped me fully understand what I needed to do to ensure my success. I am not from around Statesboro, Ga so I was looking for a good lawyer in town. During my trail, Mr. Marsh was able to get my DUI completely dropped. I did not even lose my license and currently working on finishing my probation. I am truly thankful for choosing Mr. Troy Marsh and could not have had a better outcome to my case!
