About Me

Entered private practice after law school for 4 years (including one year appointment as Special Assistant Attorney General) before entering on 26 year career as Prosecuting Attorney in the State of Georgia (15 with Fulton County Solicitor-General and 11 with Douglas County District Attorney.)


Currently Deputy Director of Legal Services for Georgia Department of Public Safety.  Advise Commissioner of Public Safety on all legal issues.  Extensive experience as Prosecutor extremely helpful in daily interaction with Headquarters staff as well as Law Enforcement Officers of the Georgia State Patrol (10 Troop Commands and 48 Posts) and the Motor Carrier Compliance Division i(9 Regions and 18 weigh stations) throughout the State.
