Sherry Boston

Sherry Boston is a trial lawyer who handles criminal defense cases including Vehicular Homicide, DUI cases, drug related cases and traffic matters.  In just a short time, she has emerged as a leading attorney in the area of alcohol and drug related offenses. 

She was named DUI Lawyer of the Year by the Georgia Defense of Drinking Drivers Group in 2002.  In 2003, one of her appellate decisions resulted in part of the Georgia Implied Consent Law being struck down as unconstitutional.  Sherry is a frequent speaker at DUI seminars including the 2004 National College of DUI Defense in San Diego, California. She routinely speaks at the DUI case law update at the ICLE Defense of Drinking Drivers in Atlanta. In 2003, she was an Instructor for law Enforcement Officers at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center.

In 2006 and 2007 Sherry was named by Georgia Trend Magazine to Georgia’s Legal Elite recognizing her as one of the most effective lawyers in criminal defense. Additionally, in both 2005, 2007 and 2008, she was named as a Georgia Super Lawyer Rising Star in Atlanta Magazine. This award recognizes lawyers 40 or younger as outstanding young attorneys.
