His practice concentrates on actions brought under the federal False Claims Act, RICO Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. Mr. Fox graduated Order of Coif from the Univ. of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editor of the Virginia Law Review. Following a federal appellate court clerkship, Mr. Fox joined the Bondurant firm.
