About Me

Jim Fletcher is a partner at the firm of Smith Collins & Fletcher.

Jim has represented landlords and tenants throughout the State of Georgia regarding both commercial and real estate leases, eviction, and cases regarding wrongful eviction.

Jim's estate planning practice focuses upon helping families enhance their lives today and secure their futures tomorrow. He also represents clients in minimizing the stress and expense of probate, trust and estate administration.

Finally, Jim continues to advise select clients regarding corporate and business law, and select complex litigation matters.

Jim graduated with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law, and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.

Jim rose to the level of senior associate at two prestigious Buckhead and Dunwoody law firms, where he developed experience in not only probate, estate planning and corporate law, but also in complex civil litigation and real estate matters.

Jim is a member of Wealth Counsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families.
